Who we are
Holon publishes crypto trading research and market commentary to paying members. Holon does not hold client money, does not manage accounts and does not execute orders.
Holon posts calls. What you do with them is your decision and your risk.

Use of the service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
Attempt to hack, decompile, or disrupt our systems.
Abuse rate limits or interfere with other users’ access.
Use the Service to transmit malicious code or spam.
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

Accounts & access
Some features require an account. You’re responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at security@holon.example.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Subscriptions & billing
For paid plans, you agree to provide accurate billing information. All fees are charged in USD (or specified currency) and billed according to your selected plan.
You can cancel at any time. Membership remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles unless required by law.

Intellectual property
All code, design, and documentation related to the Service remain our property unless stated otherwise. The calls, charts and commentary Holon publishes are for your own use as a member and may not be redistributed, resold or reposted outside the room.
You grant us a limited right to process your data only as needed to operate the Service.

Service availability
Crypto does not close, so neither do the alerts, but occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or upgrades.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services, network issues, or events outside our control.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
Use the membership at your own discretion and risk. It is written for people who already trade and who understand that losses are part of it.

Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end immediately.

Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are significant, we’ll notify you via email or in-app notice before they take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
