Holon collects only what is necessary to run the membership.
Account data: name, email, and authentication tokens (if you create an account).
Usage data: which pages members open and when, in aggregate.
Technical data: browser type, operating system, and general device info.
Cookies: small files that help remember your session or preferences.
We do not collect or store sensitive data such as payment card numbers, passwords, or private API keys.

We use collected data to:
Operate and maintain the membership.

Send membership updates (only if you opt in).
If you connect Holon alerts to Telegram or Discord, we use only what is needed to deliver them there. Holon never asks for exchange API keys, wallet keys or seed phrases, and would never have a use for them.

All stored data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
We host our infrastructure on secure cloud providers (AWS / GCP) with strict access controls.
Access to user data is restricted to authorized team members for maintenance or troubleshooting.

Holon uses minimal, privacy-friendly analytics to understand general usage patterns rather than individual behaviour.
You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; core functionality will still work.

We retain minimal data for as long as your account is active.
When you delete your account, related data is automatically removed within 7 days (unless required for security or compliance).
